Use Case: Automated Laboratory Processes and Digital Batch Release in the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry
For a client in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, we specifically digitized and automated the workflows in the laboratory and quality assurance. The previous manual steps for recording laboratory results and test reports were replaced with a solution where relevant data is automatically extracted from laboratory protocols, validated, and directly transferred into IT systems.
Additionally, a digital workflow for batch release was implemented: All required tests and approvals are now standardized, documented digitally, and archived in compliance with regulations. A central dashboard supports quality management in monitoring and tracking all process steps.
By switching to automated workflows, processing times were reduced, data quality was improved, and compliance with regulatory requirements was further enhanced.
