IT Business Consultant with a Focus on Training (m/f/d)

Your Possible Tasks with Us:
- Training and coaching of end users in newly introduced AI technologies and other tools
- Conducting training workshops
- Analyzing automation potential at clients using AI and other technologies
- Requirements gathering through workshops, interviews, and research, followed by careful documentation
- Supporting the progress of digitalization measures at clients
- Acting as an interface between IT and business to translate business requirements for IT
- Test management: from writing test cases to executing tests
- Supporting implementation as a sub-project manager, developer, or analyst
- Preparing status meetings for the management level
- General support in project business
Your Qualifications:
- At least a completed degree in business, computer science, or a similar field of study
- Strong IT affinity
- Very good German (at least B2) as well as good English skills
- Strong communication skills
- No fear of speaking in front of people
- Logical understanding of processes
- Experience in the following areas is an advantage but not mandatory: software automation (RPA, OCR, etc.), AI, BPMN, common programming languages
- Career changers are welcome
- Willingness to travel: depending on the project, occasional travel to clients is necessary
