Furthermore, output management was enhanced, allowing for personalized customer letters and notifications to be automatically generated and sent.

A particular added value was achieved through the use of Generative AI in input management: incoming applications, documents, and inquiries were automatically processed and prioritized with the help of artificial intelligence. The intelligent automation led to significantly reduced processing times, fewer errors, and noticeably improved service quality – in both the banking and insurance sectors.

For an insurance company, we supported the strategic introduction and expansion of an enterprise-wide Intelligent Automation Initiative. The goal was to sustainably digitize and automate central business processes.

The focus was on the automated processing of claims notifications, the digitization of expiration management, and the automated fund changes in life insurance through online portals. Additionally, the transfer of policies from brokers was fully automated, significantly reducing processing times and error rates. Standard processes, such as master data changes and premium adjustments, were also made more efficient and reliable through intelligent automation solutions.
